The Matt Vorderbruggen Band plays a variety of ethnic and contemporary music for dancing and listening pleasure. Our focus is Slovenian-style polkas and waltzes, along with German and Swiss style music. We play primarily polkas, waltzes and schottisches, and we augment those types with ballads, up-beat contemporary, and Latin-influenced music. We play a variety of music because that is what our audience prefers. The size of the band may range from a solo or duo, to a three- or four-piece band. Our group band has played throughout the West and upper Midwest. We tailor our performances for the audience and the venue. People seem to enjoy our style of music, and we enjoy bringing it to our fans.

Available: We are available at any time, any place. There are no mileage restrictions.

Space: We require at least ten feet of stage, but prefer more room. We require a 110-volt electrical outlet to power our sound system.
