The excitement of Irish dance is mainly in the legs and feet as they decorate accompanying tunes with battering steps or fly with grace and precision. Our performances celebrate Irish dance traditions learned and danced from Ireland to Saint Paul, including richly patterned céilí (KAY-lee) dances, hardy house dances, and the energetic and highly choreographed footwork of step dancing. Our ladies' costumes are accented by hand-embroidered Celtic knotwork designs, and our gents sport tweed vests and caps. Upon request, we can add an audience participation element to our performance or combine a performance with separate dance workshops.

Available: Evenings and weekends, although we occasionally arrange weekday performances. Performances outside the Twin Cities metro area are generally limited to weekends. No restrictions if mileage is appropriately compensated.

Space: Group needs a minimum of 20 by 20 ft., and prefers a wooden floor for dancing. A stage or raised platform is best for viewing the intricate footwork.

Fee: $150 to $300; negotiable; mileage costs additional for out of town performances
